This gold sharpened set of scissors gives the wielder the ability to see the strands of magic connecting other with their attuned items. 

With a successful melee attack with the shears on a target, they take 1d4 slashing damage and one of their lowest rarity items becomes unattuned to them. If the process is repeated, the next highest item is affected (or another item of the same rarity if all rarity is the same) This is akin to cutting the threads that connect user and item.  A DC 15 Int Arcana saving throw holds fast the items connectivity. An affected target must re-attune with any items that have been "cut".
